Ketra Tunable White Lighting: Science, Specification, and Application
Ketra’s tunable white platform offers full-spectrum color control. from warm 1400K through cool 6500K. enabling circadian-supportive lighting that responds to time of day, occupancy, and scene programming.
About This Course
Ketra’s tunable white platform offers full-spectrum color control. from warm 1400K through cool 6500K. enabling circadian-supportive lighting that responds to time of day, occupancy, and scene programming. This course examines the science of human centric lighting, the Ketra product architecture, and the specification requirements for integrating Ketra into a luxury residential or hospitality project. The course is co-presented with Lutron’s Ketra regional representative and delivered in coordination with Restrepo Innovations.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this course, attendees will be able to:
- Explain the physiological basis for human centric lighting and describe how tunable white technology supports circadian health in occupied spaces.
- Identify the Ketra luminaire families and control components, and specify the infrastructure required for Ketra installation at the CD phase.
- Design a Ketra lighting scene sequence that transitions across the CCT spectrum in alignment with occupant schedule and daylighting conditions.
- Coordinate Ketra specification with the project’s lighting control programmer to ensure scene presets reflect the design team’s intent.
