Restrepo Innovations sponsors tuition, certification fees, and continuing education for individuals entering the AV, low-voltage, networking, and electrical trades. We have backed CEDIA training paths, Crestron certification fees, OSHA training, and trade-school tuition for techs who showed up with the right energy and could not afford the entry fee on their own. We do not advertise it. We do it because someone did it for us.

Apprenticeship and field-training programs
We host apprentices and field-training rotations on real Restrepo jobsites. The training a Crestron tech needs cannot be taught from a slide deck. It is taught on the bench, in the rack room, and on the punch list. We open our jobsites to people who want to do this work for real.

We support community technology programs in our service area: NJ trade schools, vocational programs, and STEM-focused youth events. The trade needs the current-generation, and the current-generation needs to know the trade exists. We help on both sides of that gap.
