- Custom drapery and hardware. Drapery panels, traverse rods, decorative hardware, and finishing details specified to the design and the room.
- Roman shades. Flat, hobbled, relaxed, and tailored variations executed to the workroom standard.
- Wall upholstery. Fabric-wrapped wall panels and full upholstered wall systems for media rooms, libraries, primary suites, and commercial spaces.

- Designer, builder, or homeowner brings a project. The project requires both AV and lighting control on the integrator side and custom soft goods on the workroom side. Either company can be the first call.
- Restrepo handles Crestron control, Lutron Diamond integration, and Ubiquiti network. We design the control layer, the lighting infrastructure, and the network that everything sits on. We deploy Lutron systems and integrate them with Crestron as the unified user interface across the home.
- Workroom Services handles drapery, roman shades, wall upholstery, and motorized fabrication. They take measurements, build shop drawings, fabricate the soft goods in-house, and install them on site. Motors and tracks are specified to interoperate with the Lutron control we are deploying.
- One coordinated install. No finger-pointing. Schedules are aligned with the GC and the design team. When a motor question crosses the line between fabric hardware and lighting control, the two firms talk to each other directly. The client is not the messenger.
