1. You send us the scope. Equipment list, floor plans, client requirements. We'll review and provide a programming quote. usually within 24-48 hours.
2. We program off-site. We build the system in our development environment using your equipment list and specifications. When you're ready for commissioning, the code is ready to load.
3. We commission on-site. Our programmer comes to the job site, loads the code, tests every function, dials in scenes, and walks the client through the system. We wear your shirt if you want us to.
4. We support after handoff. If the client calls with a change request or issue, we're available to handle it. directly or through your team.
