1. Send us the Lutron project file or scope. Equipment list, floor plans, and client preferences. If there's a Crestron integration component, include that scope too.
2. We program off-site. System configuration, scene design, shade grouping, and time-clock automation. all prepared before we arrive on-site.
3. We commission on-site. Load the programming, fine-tune every scene, align every shade group, and walk through the system with the client (or your team).
4. We support after handoff. Client wants a scene adjusted? New shade added? Season change requiring time-clock updates? We're available.
