The Inspection Process
Schedule the Inspection
Call us or fill out the contact form. We'll coordinate with your real estate agent, attorney, or directly with you to schedule the inspection during a time that works for the transaction timeline. Most inspections can be scheduled within 3-5 business days.
On-Site Assessment
Our team spends 2-4 hours on-site (longer for large estates) systematically inspecting every technology system in the home. We test functionality, check firmware and software versions, photograph equipment, and document everything. We need access to all equipment racks, utility rooms, and technology closets.
Report Delivery
Within 48 hours of the inspection, you receive a comprehensive written report. system-by-system condition assessment, photographs, manufacturer support status, estimated remaining life, and repair/replacement cost ranges. The report is professional, detailed, and designed for use in negotiations.

We walk you through the report by phone or in person, answer questions, and provide recommendations. If you're a buyer and decide to proceed with the purchase, we can also handle any repairs, upgrades, or system conversions identified in the report.
