Yes. Restrepo Innovations is an Elite Pro Crestron Dealer with HTA Luxury Certified status. Elite Pro is the highest tier in the Crestron dealer program.
Do you write your own Crestron code?
Yes. We do not subcontract programming. Our engineers write, test, and maintain the code in-house. When a change is needed, we make it ourselves.
Can you take over an existing Crestron system?
Yes. Many of our projects begin as service takeovers from a previous integrator. We document the system, file new code, and assume support.
How long does a Crestron installation take?
Programming and rack build runs in parallel with the trades. Most full-home Crestron projects commission over six to twelve weeks once wiring is in. Service takeovers move faster.
Do you offer support contracts after install?
Yes. Annual concierge service plans cover remote response, on-site visits, firmware updates, and proactive monitoring.
