Do you handle everything yourself or sub it out?
Engineering, programming, and project management are in-house. Low-voltage and rack build are in-house. We coordinate with the electrician, the millworker, and the builder.
How long does it take to install a smart home?
Phase one rough-in runs alongside the framing and electrical. Final commissioning happens after paint and millwork. End-to-end on a new build, typically four to nine months. Service takeovers are faster.
Can I add to the system later?
Yes. We design every system to be expandable. Adding rooms, zones, or devices later is straightforward.
What support do you offer after install?
Annual concierge service plans cover remote support, on-site visits, firmware updates, and proactive monitoring.
Do you work with our architect and builder?
Yes. We prefer to be involved from schematic design forward. Early involvement saves rework and produces a better system.
