Site Walk & Scope
An on-site visit with the homeowner or project GC to physically assess the space, review architectural drawings, identify rough-in requirements, and define project scope. For new construction, this happens at the framing stage or earlier. For retrofits, we assess infrastructure constraints before writing a proposal. A written scope document is produced.
Engineered Design & Specification
Our engineering team produces a full project specification: system block diagrams, room-by-room equipment schedules, cable schedules, network architecture, Crestron programming logic documentation, and a final itemized proposal. This document becomes the contract of record. No surprises at invoice time. Design drawings are coordinated with the architect, interior designer, and GC as needed.
Installation & Commissioning
Restrepo’s own certified technicians rough in and terminate all cabling, mount and configure all hardware, and perform full Crestron programming and commissioning on-site. Systems are tested room by room, then tested as an integrated whole-home system. Client walkthrough and training are included before we sign off on substantial completion.
Care Plan & Service Contract
