Access control is the quietest system in a building, until it fails. A locked-out cleaner, a contractor whose card still works two years after the project closed, a delivery at the wrong gate. each of those is an access-control failure, not a security camera failure. Surveillance records what happened. Access control decides who is allowed to make it happen in the first place.
Restrepo Innovations designs credential-based access control for residential estates, commercial offices, hospitality properties, and government facilities. We work across Ubiquiti UniFi Access, Brivo, Salto, smart locks, biometric readers, 2N and DoorBird video intercoms, and the gate-automation hardware behind driveway and perimeter entry. Every system is wired to the network properly, integrated with surveillance, and documented at handover.
